On August 12th, the solar eclipse will be observed at Dalbær on Snæfjallaströnd.
14:00–16:30 Coffee buffet.
17:00–18:00 Eclipse viewing in front of Dalbær. Solar eclipse glasses available on-site; price: 600 ISK.
18:00–20:00 Traditional Icelandic meat soup / vegetable soup served.
20:00–21:00 Concert featuring, among others, Dúllurnar and Andri Söbbuson, who will perform a selection of songs on the guitar.
Open daily 12:00–18:00 through August 16th.
Campsite available; indoor accommodation can also be booked.
Concert admission is free; coffee buffet is 3,500 ISK, and soup is 3,500 ISK (2,000 ISK for children and youths aged 6–13). All proceeds go towards the maintenance of Dalbær.
