Two airlines fly to the Westfjords, Icelandair and Norlandair, all information and bookings can be found on their websites. 

Gjögur - Norlandair

Ísafjörður - Icelandair
Iceland DomesticIcelandair offers flights to seven destinations within Iceland, thereby vocering all major towns as well as a number of the smaller ones.  From Reykjavik we fly to:  Akureyri, Egilsstadir, Isafjordur.  From Akureyri we fly to:  Grimsey, Thorshofn and Vopnafjordur. GreenlandIcelandair offers  flighs to five destinations in Greenland.  All year round we fly to Nuuk on the west coast and to Kulusuk on the east coast. During summer time and dog sledging season we fly to Ilulissat on the west coast and during summer we offer flights to Narsarsuaq in south Greenland.  Yet another destination in in Greenland is Kangerlussuaq on the west coast. Faroe IslandsIcelandair offers flights to the Faroeses all year round in cooperation with Atlantic Airways. Ísafjörður - Icelandair
From the domestic airport close to downtown Reykjavík, we fly to the following airports in Iceland. Flight times are under 1 hour.  Ísafjörður (Westfjords) The Westfjords are truly off the beaten track, with magnificent wild landscapes.   Akureyri (North Iceland) Iceland's second city is home to 18,000, and sits at the end of the country's longest fjord. Egilsstaðir (East Iceland) The beautiful east has quiet fjords, forests, lakes and mountains to explore.  Vestmannaeyjar (South Iceland) Also known as the Westman Islands, this spectacular archipelago is just 20 minutes flight from Reykjavík.
