There are many fantastic restaurants all over the Westfjords of Iceland, many of them serve locally caught fish and lamb.  

Guesthouse Malarhorn
Guesthouse Malarhorn is located in the fishing village Drangsnes in Steingrímsfjörður, only 30 minutes drive from Hólmavík. Malarhorn offers various accommodation, double rooms with private bathrooms, small apartments and sleeping bag accommodation all with full breakfast. Geothermal swimming pool and a local food restaurant is next to the house. Malarhorn Travel also offers three hours long bird watching tours to the Puffin Paradise Grímsey in Steingrímsfjörður. Sea-angling tours are also possible.
Stúkuhúsið - Café / Restaurant
Stúkuhúsið café/restaurant has a great location in the middle of the town Patreksfjordur, right next to the pool. The view from Stúkuhúsið is stunning, overlooking the fjord. Available is soup of the day with freshly baked bread. Homemade cakes, espresso coffee and delicious local food. Hotel Djúpavík
The building that is now the hotel was constructed in the 1930s for the women who worked in the herring factory. It was extensively renovated in 1985 and the first visitors booked in during in the summer of that year. We serve breakfast and dinner in our charming, wooden-beamed dining room. Coffee and tea are for free and cakes and other snacks are available throughout the day. Please contact for prices and booking information. 
Hotel Flókalundur
Hótel Flókalundur is a small family-run hotel in Vatnsfjörður, on the south coast of the Westfjords. The hotel was built in 1966 by the Local Region Association Barðstrendingafélagið, but prior to that, a restaurant was in operation on this location since 1961 and Vatnsfjörður has always been a popular visiting place for tourists in the area. Hotel Flokalundur has 27 single or double bedrooms and one suite. All rooms are equipped with a bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished and breakfast is included in the price. One room is accessible by wheelchair. A small Restaurant is located at Hotel Flokalundur and is open every day from 7:30 till  23:00 for all guests in the area. A Breakfast Buffet is served from 07:30 till 10:00. Lunch is served from 11:00 till 14:00 where the Meal of the Day is available, along with a menu of small dishes that can be ordered through the whole day. Dinner is served off the Dinner Menu from 18:00 till 21:00 with emphasis on fresh seafood, local game and other meat dishes. The Restaurants offers a selection of alcoholic beverages. The bar is open until 23:00. The Camping Site, with it’s beautiful view over the fjord, is situated close to the Hotel. On the Camping Site there is ample space for tents and camping trailers. There is access to electricity and in a Facility Hut there are WC, hot and cold water faucets, showers and facilities for dishwashing. The Camping Site is open from June 15th till September 10th. Next to the hotel we have a small fuel station (automatic pumps) and a minimarket that is open between 11:00 and 18:00 during the summer.
Hamraborg
In Hamraborg you'll find a diner menu that includes delicious pizza, sandwiches, burgers, ice cream and more. In addition you'll find essential everyday products. No store in Ísafjörður has as long opening hours as Hamraborg.
Einarshúsið
Amid the mountains of the wild Westfjords region, Einarshúsið Guesthouse is in Bolungarvík, a small fishing village.  The building is from the turn of the 20th Century.  We offer eight rooms, from a spacious suite to lovely rooms for two to three persons. The rooms have either view to the impressive mountains or seaside view over the Ísafjarðardjúp inlet. Each room has a sink but other bathroom facilities are shared. Six of the rooms are on second floor and two on the lower ground floor. The suite has a seating area and a balcony. WiFi is free of charge and free parking is available on site. Breakfast is optional for extra charge. Our restaurant is open daily during the summer but only irregularly during the wintertime. The restaurant is famous for its Pizzas and simple, yet delicious, traditional Icelandic dishes. On weekdays we have a lunch-buffet and in the evenings and weekends a dish of the day option. In the lounge area you can relax and enjoy drinks. The guesthouse features an outdoor terrace where you can enjoy food and drink on the long Icelandic summer days. Bolungarvík is a good base for trips around north of West Fjords.  A 2-minute walk from the guesthouse you will find an indoor swimming pool with outdoor hot tubs and waterslide.  The village is about 15-minute drive from Ísafjörður, the largest town on the West Fjords peninsula with more varied services. 
Café Riis
 Café Riis is proud to serve classic Icelandic dishes where there's a strong focus on high quality and local produce both from land and sea. Our well-known pizzas are also very popular with our guests and locals as they are unique to the place.  Café Riis has been a restaurant since 1996 and is in the old town centre of Hólmavík, situated in the town's oldest building built in 1897. The building has a strong and important history which is rooted through Hólmavík from the start of its trade to our days. 
Vegamót
Vegamót Bíldudal is a family owned and operated restaurant and shop in Bíldudalur, where you can get all basic necessities; milk, bread and other goodies. We also offer ice cream, hot dogs (the Icelandic specialty), crêpes, hamburgers, sandwiches and a selection of dishes from the kitchen, which include our popular "fish & Chips", fish of the day, lamb chops, beef steak and delicious cakes.

Hotel Heydalur / Ferðaþjónustan í Heydal
Hotel Heydalur is located in the beautiful valley of Heydalur, around 320 km from Reykjavík and 130 km from Ísafjörður. The hotel offers 59 beds in 19 rooms (all with private WC) as well as three summer cottages. The hotel restaurant is renowned for its delicious, local food which is served in the old barn. The hotel also operates a campsite (open from June 1 until the end of October) with warm showers, flushing toilets and ample electricity plugs for RVs and trailers. Heydalur has recently been nominated as the best bathing site in the Westfjords area.  Near the hotel you will find two outdoor, geothermal hot tubs, as well as a small pool inside a tropical greenhouse. On the other side of the river Heydalsá you will find yet another natural hot tub. The opportunities for recreation and activities are almost endless. The hotel has a playground for children and youth, but also offers guided kayaking and horse riding tours that are suitable for most people. There are numerous hiking routes available, birdwatching is excellent during summer and freshwater fishing is also possible. During winter, visitors can enjoy snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and, of course, the magic of the northern lights.  
Logn, restaurant & bar
Logn, restaurant & bar is a new restaurant located on the ground floor of Hotel Ísafjörður. At Logn, you can enjoy delicious dishes from a diverse menu. Happy hour is available every day between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and there is also a great selection of gin drinks and fine wines. There is a comfortable lounge area next to the bar where you can relax after a busy day of traveling.

Edinborg- Bistro is the place to go whether you want the taste of the Icelandic food culture, get some coffee and cake, or simply enjoying a cold one on the side. Then Edinburgh Bistro - Cafe - Bar is the place to enjoy. 
Hotel Flatey
Hotel Flatey is situated in the centre of the old village on Flatey, in the very heart of Breiðafjörður. The houses in the old centre are timber structures dating from the island’s former times of prosperity, and most of them have been restored in their original style. Hotel Flatey now offers 6 double/twin rooms, 1 family room (3 persons), 3 suites and 2 single rooms. In total 12 rooms with 23 beds. All rooms are with shared facilities. Breakfast is included in the price. The hotel’s dining room and guest rooms are in converted warehouses flanking the old market square. Guests can savour the unique ambience of the island in cosy and welcoming accommodation and enjoy choice food with a view over the village, the coastline and the nesting grounds of the arctic terns in Skansmýri.

Hotel Ísafjörður is a modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of Ísafjörður, the capital of the Westfjords  with 36 double rooms. All the rooms are non-smoking and  have private shower, TV, coffee/tea making facilities and free internet access. The hotel has a fully licenced restaurant with a fabulous view over the harbour where guests can enjoy a wide selection of seafood as well as other dishes.  The hotel has well equipped conference facilities for meetings and conferece.

Fisherman Hotel offers well equipped accommodation: Single rooms, double rooms and family rooms with or without private facilities.
