The Selárdalur Festival begins on Friday, August 7th at 4pm at the Samúels Art Museum
At 4pm, the exhibitions by Húbert Nói Jóhannesson and Jóna Þorvaldsdóttir will be opened. The Art Production exhibition will also be open at the museum throughout the summer
At 6pm on Friday, August 7th, the Museum at Uppsalir in Selárdalur will be officially opened.
Minister of Culture Logi Einarsson will give a speech.
Actor Þröstur Leó Gunnarsson will read poems and reflections by Gísli O. Gíslason from Uppsalir. Kraftgalli will play Gísli's organ.
Drinks and snacks will be served in the style of Gísli.
