The famous Ögurball will be held on the 16th of July. The program begins on friday July 15th and is packed until Sunday. One of the most popular and oldest country ball in Westfjords, the famous Ögurball, which will take place on Saturday evening 16th of July. One of the traditions that the Ögur siblings have hold on to is the much talked about rhubarb porridge with cream. The rhubarb porridge has always been a part of the ball, but people who came sailing, riding or walking to the ball got rhubarb porridge to get enough energy to come home after the ball.
