“Eyrie” Screening at The Cinema of former Hvers Museum
Friday, 31.05.2024 | 18:00 to 20:00

Join us for the first screening of “Eyrie” (2024), a new short film by artist Eni Derhemi. This poetic artwork, created during her residency at ArtsIceland, is a subtle fusion of moving images, poetry, and sound, born out of her explorations around the Westfjords.
Drawing inspiration from the unique natural and spiritual landscapes of Iceland’s most secluded region, “Eyrie” explores the interdependence between humans and the environment. It seeks to highlight concerns regarding the current state of Earth and nature, inviting reflection on these themes through a poetic lens.
The short film will be screening on repeat, so feel free to drop in anytime between 18:00 and 20:00 and have a chat with the artist!

This mobility project is supported by Culture Moves Europe, a project funded by the European Union.
