Winter Adventure

The winter is no less a time to travel than the summer - quite the opposite. The advantage of winter trips to the West Fjords is that the snow layer is safe almost everywhere and, in the latter part of winter, the sunlight has returned and the weather is usually very good.

The best time for a winter trip of sun and snow is therefore from March to the middle of May.
